Guardian Guide does not currently use advertising cookies or optional behavioural analytics.

The website and its hosting service may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technology to deliver and protect the service. The protected administration area also requires essential sign-in and security information.

If you use the care-home comparison tool, the homes, checklist answers and notes you add are stored locally in your browser on that device. This lets you return to them without creating an account. Guardian Guide cannot see those locally stored notes.

You can remove local information using the comparison tool or by clearing Guardian Guide’s website data in your browser. Clearing it will remove saved comparisons from that device.

If optional analytics or other non-essential cookies are introduced later, Guardian Guide will explain them and ask for an appropriate choice before they are used.
