Guardian Guide is an independently run trial service. It is not an emergency, clinical or council service.

You can use this address to ask a question, make a complaint, report an accessibility problem, request removal of a review or tell us that information appears incorrect.

Please include the page or council area concerned and explain what happened. Do not email private medical information or anything unnecessary that identifies the person receiving care.

Do you need urgent help?

Call 999 if somebody is in immediate danger. For urgent medical help that is not an emergency, use NHS 111. Contact the relevant council for urgent adult-social-care or safeguarding concerns.
